Qdos Event Hire delivered a range of modular buildings, cabins, toilets and showers, for a military training exercise held in the north of England in Spring 2022, working on behalf of international rapid deployment specialist Atco. The Calgary based company built a temporary village which incorporated a state-of-the-art kitchen facility, dining areas, dormitories, laundry rooms and even a fully equipped gym for the 200 people involved.

Our CTX modular buildings were utilised to create two purpose-built offices and meeting rooms measuring 20’ x 40’ with linking doors for additional flexibility. A further two 20’ x 16’ offices were supplied for use by the organising and security teams. All units were fitted with wall mounted air conditioning units for comfort and smoke detectors and emergency lighting were installed throughout as a safety measure. All supplied and installed by our expert team.

Additional units supplied included: 10 x 24’ x 9’ ladies toilets, 2 x 24’ x 9’ gents toilets, 2 x accessible wetrooms, 10 x 4 bay shower pods, 2 x  4+2 luxury vacuum trailers, a security booth, 5 x storage containers and 2 x reefers.

A dedicated Qdos project manager was onsite throughout the build and de-rig process overseeing the delivery, install and collection of all units.
