As part of Qdos Event Hire’s on-going contract with the Goodwood Group, it provides cabins, offices and hospitality suites; containers and welfare facilities for the numerous prestigious events held on the Goodwood Estate. This includes supplying all the toilets and showers that were required for this year’s Goodwood Revival. The high-profile nature of the event and its size and scale, demands exceptional products with outstanding service which Qdos is able to deliver.

As one of the UK’s leading providers of welfare facilities, Qdos can provide the quantity and quality of products required to successfully meet the event’s requirements.

For the 2017 event the company supplied 221 separate toilet and shower units, in a variety of configurations and sizes throughout the Goodwood Estate. All units are delivered, sited and collected by our experienced team for use throughout the build, show days and de-rig of the event.

These included jackleg units in a combination of male, female, disabled, baby changing and mixed, delivering at least 440 cubicles to the event; waterless 20-man urinal mobile trailer units; vacuum trailers in a combination of male, female and disabled; disabled pods with baby changing facilities; disabled wet rooms; mobile and jackleg showers and plastic toilets.

All toilet units were supplied with vanity wash basins, electric lighting, hand towels, soap, toilet rolls and tidy bins. All shower units are gas heated to ensure hot water along with spacious and private changing areas.

Qdos has a dedicated project manager for all Goodwood projects, who knows the site well and has a good working relationship with the client. They manage its team of engineers and oversee the management of the toilets, liaising with the client, cleaners and waste contractor to ensure a consistent and robust service was delivered throughout. This includes the use of specialist equipment and vehicles to assist with the servicing and cleaning of toilet pods in difficult to reach areas and those with restricted access.
