Qdos Event Hire secured a new contract to supply The Game Fair 2019 with a host of cabins, containers and welfare facilities for the prestigious event held at Hatfield House Hatfield from 26th – 28th July which attracted more than 114,000 visitors. All units were provided from their extensive range demonstrating the company’s ability to deliver a turnkey solution for all event requirements.

The cabins and containers were provided from Qdos’ extensive range, in various sizes and configurations for a multitude of uses. These included: 12’ x 9’, 16’ x 9’, 20’ x 8’, 24’ x 9’, 32’ x 10’ open plan cabins and an 18’ mobile open plan office; a 16’ x 9’ office with 3 windows; a 32’ x 10’ cabin with a 50/50 Split and a 32’ x 10’ cabin with a 70/30 Split. These were utilised as offices for security, first-aiders, fire service, finance, exhibitors, electrical and IT contractors, campsite queries, along with box offices and stores.

In addition, Qdos supplied showers and toilets within the showground, campsite and glamping areas.  The washrooms supplied were a combination of its static shower pods, mobile showers and accessible wet rooms. Whilst the toilet facilities provided included luxury vacuum toilet trailers, 20 man urinal trailers and luxury recirculated toilet trailers. Qdos provided all the consumable goods i.e. handwash, handtowels, toilet rolls etc.

Most of the units were installed 10 days out from the show and the Qdos team was onsite throughout to ensure that they operational as quickly and efficiently as possible.  A team of three event engineers were onsite for the show days to ensure that the units were well maintained, cleaned and well-stocked throughout.

The Game Fair is the annual gathering for people passionate about countryside pursuits, and the Great British Countryside in all its glory. It boasts the most comprehensive array of field sports in the UK. Including archery, air gunning, falconry, fishing, ferrets, gun dogs, horses & hounds and Europe’s longest clay shooting line.
