Qdos Event Hire was delighted to be appointed by Taste Festivals to provide all the temporary accommodation required for the The Big Feastival 2014. The unique festival is a collaboration between Jamie Oliver and Alex James that delivers a fantastic weekend of music, food and fun for all the family. The event was held at Alex James’ farm in the Cotswolds from August 29th – 31st.
We provided fourteen of our smart, modern and highly presentable cabins for a number of uses at the event, from production and site offices, box offices, security control rooms and changing rooms to storage areas, crew cabins and hospitality areas for sponsors.
The cabins supplied all varied in size and included the 20’ x 8’, 16’ x 9’, 24’ x 9’ and 32’ x 10’ from our extensive product range.
One of our experienced project managers oversaw the project ensuring that all equipment was installed and removed from site smoothly, as well as being on-hand to support the organisers with any last minute requests.
The impressive line-up boasted Bjorn Again, Fatboy Slim, Soul II Soul, Kelis, Jamie Cullum and De La Soul. Other attractions on offer demonstrations from a host of celebrity chefs, the Little Dude’s Den, workshops, funfair and a host of markets and clubs.
