"East Berkshire Primary Care was asked to set up a COVID testing site as part of the Satellite Programme to offer local testing, for local people. We worked with James and his team to achieve a satellite COVID test site in a record time of just 2 weeks from initial brief to full operation. The team all worked together with the various parties to meet the brief and were professional, efficient and conscious of providing a cost effective service. Once operational, the team were always responsive and constructive in helping resolve any issues and continually improving the way the test site was running.
