The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) has renewed its partnership with Qdos Event Hire, who will continue as Premium Sponsor of the association for 2025/26. The agreement will see an exclusive activation between the two organisations at The Showman’s Show as well as support for the NOEA convention and awards.
NOEA will bring together an exclusive group of government representatives, MPs, and civil servants, with an interest in the outdoor events industry at this year’s Showman’s Show. Held at Newbury Showground on 22nd-23rd October, Qdos’ stand will host a ‘town hall’ style event. Industry leaders will be able to discuss challenges and opportunities with both the guests and NOEA members. Qdos’ stand will also host the UK Events partners Autumn meeting.
Qdos has already been involved in NOEA’s educational programme, at the beginning of the year, at Event Production Show, and will continue to support the association’s aspiration to provide forums for discussion, networking, and learning. A key tenet of Qdos’ messaging this year however encapsulates positivity within the industry and the importance of ‘talking up’ who we are and what we do.
“Qdos Event Hire is an invaluable supporter of everything NOEA is trying to achieve, from setting the tone of the industry, to supporting our education, to providing a forum and a voice to government,” commented Susan Tanner, CEO, NOEA. “Our plans for The Showman’s Show are really exciting, and Qdos, as they did last year with our Event 100 activation, will bring our messages to life in a way that only they can. It’s a crucial forum for the industry and we’re delighted to have their involvement.”
“Now more than ever, we believe the industry needs to be bold and confident, we’re the best at what we do. We’ve already been an integral part of some incredible events this year, including the Guinness 6 Nations, 82nd Goodwood Members’ Meeting, the VE Day 80 Parade and concert on Horse Guards Parade. There is so much for us all to be excited about,” commented James Thomas, Managing Director, Qdos. “We have our challenges, we always will, but we believe if we are positive about our skills, our people, and our work, we can create a new momentum for the industry. It’s great to have NOEA in partnerships with us at this time.”
