The New Forest Show delivered an audience of nearly 95,000 people in 2015 and Qdos Event Hire was the sole supplier of public conveniences.

We supplied the following products from our extensive range:

  • 35 x 24ft x 9ft jack leg toilet units with a combination of male, female and disabled facilities, all were supplied with steps and ramps to comply with current health and safety regulations as required
  • 9 x Luxury fresh water trailers units in a combination of luxury showers, male and female vacuum toilets
  • 7 x 24ft x 9ft jack leg cabins (one of which was a superior hospitality unit used as a ticket office)
  • 12 x Single Plastic Portable Toilets
  • 2 x 12ft x 9ft double occupancy sleeper units

It took 7 days to get all the units to site, in place and installed. Once the units were sited we worked with the organisers’ grounds staff and plumbers to get them operational as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also provide two engineers for onsite support during show days.

We have an excellent relationship with the Show’s organisers and work closely with them to completely understand their requirements and have a sound knowledge of our products and services.

We have been working with the organisers of the event since our inception in 2010 and have a contract that will sees us work with the event until 2017.
